You can rent by the day, week, or month. The longer you rent, the better the rates! Please note, early returns are welcome, but refunds aren’t provided once the rental has started.

  • Cancel up to 7 days before delivery for a full refund.
  • Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 48 hours before: no refund.
  • If we ever need to cancel, we’ll issue a full refund right away.

Yes, we take a small refundable security deposit. It’s only used if something is lost, damaged, or not returned. This is processed with your rental payment and refunded after the gear is returned safely.

We can:

  • Pre-deliver and set up at your accommodation (if allowed by the property).
  • Or, meet you in the lobby at the date and time you confirm.

Sometimes we can! Please WhatsApp or call us at +9665002008163 to check availability. A SAR 50 rush fee applies for same-day orders, plus the usual delivery fee.

Yes, pickup can be arranged from our location near King Saud University in Riyadh. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice. (Please note: large items like cribs require van or similar to avoid damage.)

Usually yes! Just let us know your pick-up and return locations, dates, and items, and we’ll work it out with you. Additional fees may apply.

We deliver and pick up between 11 AM – 2 PM. Need to coordinate with your hotel or property manager? We’re happy to help. After-hours service is available for a SAR 50 fee.

Each customer is responsible for the gear while it’s with you. If anything is lost or damaged, we’ll charge the replacement cost. Don’t forget to return all accessories too please. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Mada, and most credit/debit cards.
  • Items are only reserved once payment is completed.
  • No extra fees for using Saudi-issued cards.
  • Let us know right away. We’ll do our best to fix the issue quickly. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll give you a refund.

Yes! We partner with XX and YY at King Khalid International Airport, it makes returning gear super easy by simply leaving them in the car.

All gear is meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before each rental. We use hot water, vacuuming, and baby-safe cleaning products. Got specific needs? Let us know.
