You can find a range of baby, kids and family gear available to rent or buy pre-loved.
What can I rent, and what can I buy?
You can rent selected baby, kids and family gear for the period you need, or buy quality pre-loved items you’d like to keep. Browse each section to see what’s currently available.
What are your rental periods?
You can rent by the day, week, or month. The longer you rent, the better the rates!
Please note, early returns are welcome, but refunds aren’t provided once the rental has started.
Can I extend my rental?

What’s your rental cancellation policy?
- Cancel up to 7 days before delivery for a full refund.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before: no refund.
- If we ever need to cancel, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, we take a small refundable security deposit. It’s only used if something is lost, damaged, or not returned. This is processed with your rental payment and refunded after the gear is returned safely.
How do you clean the gear?
All gear is meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before each rental. We use hot water, vacuuming, and baby-safe cleaning products. Got specific needs? Let us know.
What if something gets damaged, lost, or stolen?
Each customer is responsible for the gear while it’s with you. If anything is lost or damaged, we’ll charge the replacement cost. Don’t forget to return all accessories too please. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I pick up in one place and return in another?
Rental gear is cleaned, sanitized and safety-checked before each rental.
For a rented gear, can I buy or keep an item I loved?
Depends on the local owner. Let us know and we’ll help as much as we can.
What condition is the pre-loved gear in?
Each pre-loved item is listed with its condition and relevant details, so you can make an informed choice before purchasing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Sometimes we can! Please WhatsApp or call us at +966500208163 to check availability. A rush fee applies for same-day orders.
What are your delivery & pickup hours?
We deliver and pick up between 11 AM – 2 PM. After-hours service is available for a fee.
What if I have a problem with my order?

How do I pay?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Mada, and most credit/debit cards.
- Items are only reserved once payment is completed.
- Offline payment methods can also be arranged upon request.
