Our Policies

Using the Platform

The platform is for managing your rentals and showcasing your gear. Please avoid:

Gear Standards

Gently used baby gear is expected to be clean, safe, and fully functional while showing only minor signs of normal use.

While small cosmetic marks such as light scratches or scuffs are acceptable, the gear should not have major damage or missing pieces.

Booking & Payment

All rentals happen through the Wander Giggles platform, which makes it easy for families to book and for you to get paid.

Cancellations & Refunds

We know plans can change! Here’s what families can expect:
If a provider needs to cancel, the family will receive a full refund.

Cleaning & Gear Maintenance

If a family has an issue with cleaning, they can contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary re-clean and the provider will be asked to meet the requirements and instructions given then.

Delivery & Communication

Deliveries and pickups are coordinated directly with the family through email, text, or phone via the platform.

Add-Ons & Extensions

Families can request extra gear or extend a rental.

We will assume that the item requested is available since it is not booked by another customer on the platform.

Keeping Good Quality Gear

To keep everyone happy, make sure gear is well maintained and stored in a place away from smoke or other smells that may affect the quality and/or scent of the product.

Damage & Replacement

This is made clear by agreement with the customer at the time of rental.

Car Seats

This is made clear by agreement with the customer at the time of rental.

Families can leave reviews and star ratings to share their experiences. Reviews help you grow your business and improve your service.

Regular inspections are essential: keep gear well-maintained, promptly address signs of wear or damage, and follow the manufacturer’s care and replacement guidelines to help guarantee that every family enjoys a safe and reliable rental.
