Whether you’re new to the platform or looking to optimize your rental business, these guidelines will help you navigate the process smoothly.

When an Order Comes Through

Notification

When an order comes through, you'll receive a WhatsApp message and an email. Make sure to respond within 2 hours by either approving or declining it.

Approval & Preparation

Once you've approved an order, it's time to get things ready for the family! Make sure the baby gear is clean, fully functional, and ready to go. Double-check that all accessories and attachments are included.

Coordination

Coordinate the delivery or pickup with us, and keep the lines of communication open. Let us know when the gear is ready for pickup and answer any questions we might have.

Managing Your Availability

When you open your schedule, you’ll see time slots for each day — these represent the times you’re available to lease gear.

Maximize Your Availability

We recommend marking as many time slots as you can. The more availability you share, the higher the chance of receiving rental orders!

Holiday Mode & Declining Orders

If you won’t be offering rentals on certain dates, you can use the “Availability” button to block off those days.

Setting your availability carefully is important because rental requests are matched to the dates and times you provide. When families search for baby gear, they select the times they need it. By keeping your schedule up-to-date and accurate, you can avoid rejections and maximize the number of rental requests you receive.
Important: If you need to decline an order, make sure to share a brief reason. Clear communication helps keep the rental process smooth and stress-free for everyone. Frequent rejections can lead to frustration for all parties involved, and may affect your reputation on the platform — so it’s always best to manage availability carefully.

Getting Paid

Being a Wander Giggles Provider means your work is rewarded each month. Here’s how our payment system works:

Your Monthly Earnings

Full Price – 50% Fee

You’ll receive the full rental price minus a 50% service fee.

Example: For a SAR 100 rental, you earn SAR 50

To make sure your payment reaches you smoothly, double-check that your bank information in your profile is correct and up-to-date.
